Ingredients

HUMMUS:

  • 2 cans 15.5 ounces pigeon peas (drained)
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ cup sesame paste
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

GARNISH:

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, mix the pigeon peas, olive oil, garlic, sesame paste, lemon juice and salt. Mix the ingredients until creamy.
  2. Pour on a flat plate, decorate with extra virgin olive oil, fresh parsley and sprinkle with Tajín® Clásico Seasoning.
  3. Serve with Pita Chips.
