Cranberry Tajín Turkey ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 6 teaspoons of natural gelatin
- 1 tablespoon of standard sugar
Combine orange juice, lemon juice, and honey in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the gelatin to the hot juice and mix until fully integrated. Remove the mixture from the heat and pass through a fine strainer. Separate the juice mixture into two parts and integrate half with Tajín Fruity Chamoy Hot Sauce. Place your molds on a tray, fill half with the yellow part and half with the red part, and refrigerate until solid, about 2 hours. If you do not have molds of this type, you can line a tray with self-adhesive plastic and refrigerate the mixture there. Once it is firm you can cut the gummies with the help of a cookie cutter. Mix sugar with Tajín Clásico® and coat the gummies in this mixture once unmolded. Store in your refrigerator in an airtight container.
