Ingredients

For the potatoes

  • 2 large potatoes cut into small squares and cooked in water
  • 6 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, washed, sanitized and chopped

For the breakfast

  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 slices of bread, toasted
  • ¼ onion, filleted and sautéed

Preparation

For the potatoes
Heat the oil in a heavy skillet and place the potatoes on top in a single layer. Allow them to brown on one side, sprinkle with spices and Tajín Clásico®. Mix well and allow the potatoes to brown on the rest of their sides. Remove from heat and sprinkle with pepper and chopped parsley.

For the breakfast
Cook the bacon strips until crisp and cook the eggs to your liking, scrambled or smashed. Serve each plate with two strips of bacon, two eggs, toast, onions, and a serving of potatoes. Finish with a sprinkle of classic Tajín and enjoy.

TIP: You can use some of the fat from the bacon to cook the potatoes.
