Ingredients

For the shredded chicken

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the bowls

For the shredded chicken

  1. Heat oil in a large pan, add onions and cook until soft and translucent. Add chicken, tomato sauce and TAJÍN® Mild Hot Sauce.
  2. Simmer for 15 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

For the bowls

  1. Divide rice over 4 bowls and serve each with shredded chicken.
  2. Top with radish, avocados and cilantro.
  3. Finish with a sprinkle of TAJÍN® Clásico Seasoning and enjoy.
