- 1 broccoli, cut into bite-size florets
- 2 zucchini cut into half slices
- 1 red bell pepper cut into large squares
- 1 orange bell pepper cut into large squares
- 1 chicken breast cut into large cubes
- 4 tbsp. of olive oil

– To make the skewers, insert the pieces on a wooden stick, alternating the broccoli, peppers and chicken.
