Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli, cut into bite-size florets
  • 2 zucchini cut into half slices
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into large squares
  • 1 orange bell pepper cut into large squares
  • 1 chicken breast cut into large cubes
  • 4 tbsp. of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

– To make the skewers, insert the pieces on a wooden stick, alternating the broccoli, peppers and chicken.

– Varnish with olive oil: add a little salt and pepper.

– Grill the skewers on the grill, serve and then sprinkle with TAJÍN® Blue Cap.
