Ingredients

CARIBBEAN SAUCE:

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup onion minced
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper minced
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper minced
  • ¼ cup ripe tomato minced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp. wheat flour
  • ½ cup shrimp or fish broth
  • ½ cup white wine
  • ¼ cup fresh coriander minced

Preparation

  1. In a medium container add shrimp and marinate with olive oil, garlic, Tajin® Clásico Seasoning and leave in the refrigerator until time to cook.
  2. In a pan, add a little bit of olive oil, heat, add shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until they are golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add a little bit of olive oil, heat, add onions, peppers, tomato, garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add wheat flour, Tajin® Mild Hot Sauce, wine, shrimp or fish broth, bay leaf, and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add shrimp, fresh coriander, salt to taste and sprinkle with half a tablespoon of Tajín® Clásico Seasoning.
