Ingredients

  • 4–5 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Tajín® Chile Lime Sauce (for cooking)
  • 2 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp mango, diced
  • 2 tbsp lettuce, chopped
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Tajín® Clásico Seasoning (to finish on avocado & mango)

Preparation

  1. Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium heat with Tajín® Chile Lime Sauce until pink and fully cooked (3–4 min).
  2. Warm tortillas. Assemble each taco with cabbage, lettuce, tomato, avocado slices, mango, and cooked shrimp.
  3. Sprinkle Tajín® Clásico over avocado and mango.
  4. Top with chopped cilantro and serve.
