Ingredients
- 4–5 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp Tajín® Chile Lime Sauce (for cooking)
- 2 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup purple cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp mango, diced
- 2 tbsp lettuce, chopped
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Tajín® Clásico Seasoning (to finish on avocado & mango)
Preparation
- Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium heat with Tajín® Chile Lime Sauce until pink and fully cooked (3–4 min).
- Warm tortillas. Assemble each taco with cabbage, lettuce, tomato, avocado slices, mango, and cooked shrimp.
- Sprinkle Tajín® Clásico over avocado and mango.
- Top with chopped cilantro and serve.
