Ingredients
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 ½ cups crispy rice cereal
- ½ tsp Tajín® Clásico (plus more for dusting)
Preparation
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in Tajín® Clásico (and optional cayenne for more heat).
- Remove from heat and quickly fold in the crispy rice cereal until fully coated.
- Press mixture into a small greased or parchment-lined container (about 4×4 inches).
- Let cool slightly, then sprinkle more Tajín® Clásico on top while still slightly warm to help it stick.
- Once set (about 15 minutes), cut into a single bar or two smaller pieces.
