Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 ½ cups crispy rice cereal
  • ½ tsp Tajín® Clásico (plus more for dusting)

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in Tajín® Clásico (and optional cayenne for more heat).
  4. Remove from heat and quickly fold in the crispy rice cereal until fully coated.
  5. Press mixture into a small greased or parchment-lined container (about 4×4 inches).
  6. Let cool slightly, then sprinkle more Tajín® Clásico on top while still slightly warm to help it stick.
  7. Once set (about 15 minutes), cut into a single bar or two smaller pieces.
