Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz whiskey
- ¾ oz pickle brine (from dill pickles)
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Tajín® Clásico Seasoning (for rim )
- Tajín® Chamoy Sauce (for rim)
- 1 pickle (for garnish)
- Lemon slice (for garnish)
Preparation
- Dip the glass with Tajín® Chamoy and dip in Tajín® Clásico, or just lightly sprinkle Tajín® Clásico on top after serving for a subtle kick.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine whiskey, pickle brine, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake hard for 10–12 seconds until chilled and frothy.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice (or serve up in a coupe).
- Garnish with a pickle and a lemon slice.
