- 16 oz. Coconut water
- 1 Mango, peeled and chopped
- 4 Fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 Lime, juice only
- 8 Ounces of sparkling water
1. Rim your glass with lime juice and Tajín. Add ice and sliced mint leaves.
2. In a blender, blend coconut water and mango until smooth.
3. Pour over ice and serve. Cheers!
