Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz white rum
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- 1 cup ice
- Tajín® Chamoy Sauce (for rim and swirl)
- Tajín® Clásico Seasoning (for rim and optional topping)
- Pineapple wedge (for garnish)
Preparation
- Rim the glass with Tajín® Chamoy, then dip into Tajín® Clásico for a spicy-salty-sweet crust.
- Swirl extra Tajín® Chamoy along the inside to create a bold visual drizzle.
- In a blender, combine white rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Carefully pour the frozen colada into the rimmed and swirled glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
