Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake batter (makes 5 small pancakes)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 1 tbsp butter (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Tajín® Clásico Seasoning

Preparation

1. Cook 5 pancakes on a greased skillet until golden on both sides.
2. Stack pancakes and top with butter.
3. Spoon diced mango over the top.
4. Drizzle with syrup.
5. Finish with a sprinkle of Tajín® Clásico.
