Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz mezcal
  • 1 oz hibiscus tea concentrate (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
  • ¾ oz fresh blood orange juice
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz Tajín® Chamoy Sauce
  • Tajín® Clásico Seasoning (for rim)
  • Tajín® Chamoy Sauce (for rim)
  • Blood orange wheel or dried hibiscus flower (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Rim a rocks glass: brush the rim with Tajín® Chamoy, then dip into Tajín® Clásico to coat. Add ice.
  2. In a shaker filled with ice, combine mezcal, hibiscus tea, blood orange juice, lime juice, and Tajín® Chamoy.
  3. Shake well until chilled (about 15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a thin wheel of blood orange or a dried hibiscus flower floated on top.
