Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz mezcal
- 1 oz hibiscus tea concentrate (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
- ¾ oz fresh blood orange juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz Tajín® Chamoy Sauce
- Tajín® Clásico Seasoning (for rim)
- Tajín® Chamoy Sauce (for rim)
- Blood orange wheel or dried hibiscus flower (for garnish)
Preparation
- Rim a rocks glass: brush the rim with Tajín® Chamoy, then dip into Tajín® Clásico to coat. Add ice.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine mezcal, hibiscus tea, blood orange juice, lime juice, and Tajín® Chamoy.
- Shake well until chilled (about 15 seconds).
- Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a thin wheel of blood orange or a dried hibiscus flower floated on top.
