Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen pink dragon fruit (pitaya) chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz agave syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
  • 1 tsp Tajín® Chamoy (plus more for rim and drizzle)
  • Tajín® Clásico (for rim)
  • Ice (optional, for extra thickness)
  • Dragon fruit slice or lime wedge (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Rim the glass with Tajín® Chamoy, then dipping it into Tajín® Clásico to coat the entire rim. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen dragon fruit, coconut water, lime juice, agave syrup (if using), and 1 tsp Tajín® Chamoy. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice if you prefer a thicker texture.
  3. Drizzle a little extra Tajín® Chamoy inside the glass in a swirl .
  4. Pour the smoothie into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a slice of dragon fruit or a lime wedge on the rim.
