Ingredients
- 3/4 cup frozen pink dragon fruit (pitaya) chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz agave syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
- 1 tsp Tajín® Chamoy (plus more for rim and drizzle)
- Tajín® Clásico (for rim)
- Ice (optional, for extra thickness)
- Dragon fruit slice or lime wedge (for garnish)
Preparation
- Rim the glass with Tajín® Chamoy, then dipping it into Tajín® Clásico to coat the entire rim. Set aside.
- In a blender, combine frozen dragon fruit, coconut water, lime juice, agave syrup (if using), and 1 tsp Tajín® Chamoy. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice if you prefer a thicker texture.
- Drizzle a little extra Tajín® Chamoy inside the glass in a swirl .
- Pour the smoothie into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a slice of dragon fruit or a lime wedge on the rim.
