Ingredients

  • 1 pack ramen noodles
  • 4 oz pork (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels (grilled or pan-roasted)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Tajín® Clásico Seasoning (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2–3 radish slices
  • 2 green onions (chopped)

Preparation

  1. Start by soft-boiling the egg: simmer for 6–7 minutes, transfer to ice water, then peel and set aside.
  2. Cook ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, sauté the pork in soy sauce and sesame oil until fully cooked and nicely browned.
  4. In a separate pan or directly in the same one, lightly toast or char the corn kernels. Once cooked, toss them with Tajín® Clásico for a spicy-citrus kick.
  5. Assemble the bowl: place the ramen noodles in a serving bowl, then top with sautéed pork, Tajín® corn, radish slices, green onions, and the halved soft-boiled egg.
  6. Finish with more Tajín® Clásico on top.
