Ingredients

1 English muffin, split and toasted
1 egg (poached)
1 slice of ham or Canadian bacon (optional)
2 tbsp hollandaise sauce
1 tsp thinly sliced green onion
1/4 tsp Tajín® Clásico Seasoning

Preparation

1. Toast English muffin and warm ham if using.
2. Poach egg in simmering water with a splash of vinegar until whites are set (3–4 min).
3. Assemble: muffin base, ham (if used), poached egg, then warm hollandaise.
4. Finish with green onion and a sprinkle of Tajín® Clásico.
