Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/3 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup cooked noodles
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Tajín® Clásico Seasoning
Preparation
- In a small pot, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant (1–2 min).
- Add sliced carrots and sauté briefly.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, and cook carrots until tender (5–6 min).
- Add shredded chicken and cooked noodles. Simmer 2–3 more minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with chopped cilantro and a sprinkle of Tajín® Clásico.
