For the sauce
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until fully integrated.

For the tacos
- Boost the flavor of the tilapia fillets and shrimp with salt and ground black pepper. Spread flour, eggs and panko on different plates and pass the fish on each one.
- Cook in hot oil until golden brown. Heat the flour tortillas and spread a little mayonnaise, place a cabbage base on top and assemble the tacos with shrimp and tilapia strips. Bathe with a few lines of sweet and sour sauce and finish the tacos with peanuts, onion, and cilantro. Sprinkle on Tajín Clásico® and enjoy.
