Ingredients
- - 1 ½ lbs. medium shrimp, clean.
- - 1 ½ tsp.**Tajín® Clásico low sodium**
- - 2 tbsp. olive oil
- - 2 clove garlic minced
- - # CARIBBEAN SAUCE:
- - ¼ cup olive oil
- - ½ cup onion minced
- - ¼ cup red bell pepper minced
- - ¼ cup green bell pepper minced
- - ¼ cup ripe tomato minced
- - 2 garlic cloves minced
- - 1 tbsp. wheat flour
- - ¼ cup Tajín® Mild Hot Sauce
- - ½ cup shrimp or fish broth
- - ½ cup white wine
- - ¼ cup fresh coriander minced
- - ½ tbsp.**Tajín® Clásico low sodium**
Preparation
- - Bring the water to boiling point. Cook the potatoes for 10 to 15 minutes.
- - Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and cook until golden.
- - Toss in onions and peppers, cook until soft and mix in the mushrooms.
- - Once the mushrooms release their juices, add oregano, soy sauce and TAJÍN® Clásico Seasoning.
- - Incorporate and keep cooking a couple minutes until the chicken is done at the center.
- - Serve fajitas with fresh cilantro and guacamole, Mexican table cream and tortillas. Enjoy
