Mexican Street Corn (Esquites)

2 cans of 15 oz. yellow corn, drained
4 Limes, juiced
3.5 oz. of cotija cheese
4 Tablespoons TAJÍN® Clásico Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Place the drained corn in a bowl, add lime juice, salt and pepper. Add TAJÍN® Clásico Seasoning and the Cotija cheese.
Serve in individual dishes with more TAJÍN® Clásico Seasoning as desired.
