- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups, shredded chicken
- 2 cups tomato puree

- 2 radish, cut into strips
- 1 avocado, sliced

For the shredded chicken
- Heat oil in a large pan, add onions and cook until soft and translucent. Add chicken, tomato sauce and TAJÍN® Mild Hot Sauce.
- Simmer for 15 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

For the bowls
- Divide rice over 4 bowls and serve each with shredded chicken.
- Top with radish, avocados and cilantro.
- Finish with a sprinkle of TAJÍN® Clásico Seasoning and enjoy.
