Ingredients
- - ### For the shredded chicken
- - 1 tablespoon olive oil
- - 1 onion, sliced
- - 2 cups, shredded chicken
- - 2 cups tomato puree
- - 2 tablespoons *TAJÍN® Mild Hot Sauce*
- - Salt and pepper to taste
- - ### For the bowls
- - 2 cups cooked white rice
- - 2 radish, cut into strips
- - 1 avocado, sliced
- - 1 teaspoon**Tajín® Clásico low sodium**
- - ¼ cup cilantro
Preparation
- - ### For the shredded chicken
- - Heat oil in a large pan, add onions and cook until soft and translucent. Add chicken, tomato sauce and TAJÍN® Mild Hot Sauce.
- - Simmer for 15 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
- - ### For the bowls
- - Divide rice over 4 bowls and serve each with shredded chicken.
- - Top with radish, avocados and cilantro.
- - Finish with a sprinkle of TAJÍN® Clásico Seasoning and enjoy.
