Ingredients

  • - ### For the shredded chicken
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - 1 onion, sliced
  • - 2 cups, shredded chicken
  • - 2 cups tomato puree
  • - 2 tablespoons *TAJÍN® Mild Hot Sauce*
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - ### For the bowls
  • - 2 cups cooked white rice
  • - 2 radish, cut into strips
  • - 1 avocado, sliced
  • - 1 teaspoon**Tajín® Clásico low sodium**
  • - ¼ cup cilantro

Preparation

  • - ### For the shredded chicken
  • - Heat oil in a large pan, add onions and cook until soft and translucent. Add chicken, tomato sauce and TAJÍN® Mild Hot Sauce.
  • - Simmer for 15 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
  • - ### For the bowls
  • - Divide rice over 4 bowls and serve each with shredded chicken.
  • - Top with radish, avocados and cilantro.
