Ingredients
- - 1 broccoli, cut into bite-size florets
- - 2 zucchini cut into half slices
- - 1 red bell pepper cut into large squares
- - 1 orange bell pepper cut into large squares
- - 1 chicken breast cut into large cubes
- - 3 tbsp. *TAJÍN® Low Sodium*
- - 4 tbsp. of olive oil
- - Salt and pepper
Preparation
- - To make the skewers, insert the pieces on a wooden stick, alternating the broccoli, peppers and chicken.
- - Varnish with olive oil: add a little salt and pepper.
- - Grill the skewers on the grill, serve and then sprinkle with TAJÍN® Blue Cap.
