Tuna Ceviche TAJÍN

Serves 4 - Preparation time: 15 minutes



Ingredients
  • 14 oz. fresh tuna, diced
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 avocados
  • 1 cucumber, diced with peel
  • ½ cup tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • ½ cup diced pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons TAJÍN Habanero®
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Cut the avocados in half, discard the seeds and carefully remove the pulp from each avocado half. Save the avocado skins to use as serving vessels. Rinse the skins and the avocado pulp with a little lime juice and cut the avocado meat into cubes.Place the tuna in a bowl, add lime juice and let sit for 10 minutes. Remove the remainder of lime juice from the tuna, combine with the cucumber, tomato, pineapple, onion, TAJÍN Habanero®, diced avocado, salt and pepper, stir well to combine. To serve, fill the avocados skins. Tip: You can substitute the tuna for shrimp or white fish
