Pork with Zucchini

Servings: 8 Prep Time: 20

  • 2 lbs. pork, cut into cubes
  • TAJÍN  Clásico Seasoning ®
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 5 squash (zucchini), chopped
  • 1 large can of corn (15.25 oz.)
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon powder


  1. Use 1 tablespoon of oil to coat the meat, enough TAJÍN  Clásico Seasoning ® to glaze the meat.   Heat the remaining oil and fry the meat on both sides until golden brown.
  2. Add in the onion and garlic, let it cool for 3 minutes and add the squash, tomato puree, corn, water and broth.   Cook until meat is tender.  If necessary add a more water.

Tip: You can substitute beef steak for the pork!!
