- Use 1 tablespoon of oil to coat the meat, enough TAJÍN Clásico Seasoning ® to glaze the meat. Heat the remaining oil and fry the meat on both sides until golden brown.
- Add in the onion and garlic, let it cool for 3 minutes and add the squash, tomato puree, corn, water and broth. Cook until meat is tender. If necessary add a more water.
Tip: You can substitute beef steak for the pork!!
