Corn on the Cob, TAJÍN style

Serves: 2 to 4 - Total: 30 minutes



Ingredients
  • 4 ears of corn
  • ½ cup of unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • ½ cup of Cotija Cheese Alternative: Mild white cheese of your choice such as white cheddar
  • TAJÍN Classic Seasoning to your liking

Preparation

1. Wrap corn on the cob with its husk in aluminum foil

2. Place corn in the oven and broil or grill for 20-25 minutes until cooked

3. Open foil and continue to broil on high until lighted charred all over

(Please remove corn husk before completing this step)

4. Remove corn from oven and roll the corn in melted butter

5. Spread evenly with mayonnaise

6. Sprinkle with cotija cheese and TAJÍN Classic Seasoning to your liking and ENJOY!

(Serve with lime wedges)
