Tarascan Soup a la TAJÍN

Serves: 4 - Prep time: 10 minutes



Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ white onion, chopped
  • 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked black beans
  • 4 tablespoons TAJÍN Chipotle®
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt,
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder

To garnish

  • cubes adobera Cheese (any firm white natural cheese can be used)
  • Chips
  • Cream

Preparation

Heat the oil and sauté the onion until transparent, add the tomatoes.  Remove from heat and place in a blender add beans and a little liquid from the beans, TAJÍN Chipotle®, the cilantro, salt, bouillon powder and blend everything very well.

Put the processed ingredients in a saucepan and boil, serve hot, garnish with cheese cubes, chips and cream.
