TAJÍN Cilantro Beef Brochette's

Servings: 6 - Prep time: 15 minutes


For the skewers

  • 1.8 lbs. beef filet cut into cubes
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil as needed
  • 16 large skewers   

For cilantro sauce

  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 16 oz. of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon TAJÍN Clásico Seasoning®
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • water if necessary  



Procedure for the kebabs: Marinate meat with pineapple juice and curry 1 day earlier in the refrigerator. Skewer the meat cubes with bamboo skewers, broil on a grill or fry in a pan with some oil. Procedure for the cilantro sauce: Place all ingredients in a blender and process until a thick; if necessary add a little water. Serve on a plate, place 4 skewers per person on a bed of lettuce, and bathe with plenty of sauce, finished with a dusting of TAJÍN Clásico Seasoning®.
