For cilantro sauce
Procedure for the kebabs: Marinate meat with pineapple juice and curry 1 day earlier in the refrigerator. Skewer the meat cubes with bamboo skewers, broil on a grill or fry in a pan with some oil. Procedure for the cilantro sauce: Place all ingredients in a blender and process until a thick; if necessary add a little water. Serve on a plate, place 4 skewers per person on a bed of lettuce, and bathe with plenty of sauce, finished with a dusting of TAJÍN Clásico Seasoning®.
