TAJÍN’s Spicy and Sour Fish

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 ½ tablespoons TAJÍN Clásico Seasoning®
- 2 cups white wine
- 1 cup tamarind concentrate with no sugar
- 4 large white fish fillets
- Salt, pepper and chicken bouillon powder to taste
Preparation
- Heat the oil and fry the onions and garlic. Add TAJÍN Clásico Seasoning®, salt, pepper and broth. Mix a little and add the white wine along with the tamarind concentrate. Boil until the alcohol evaporates.
- Salt and pepper the fillets and put them in the oven in a greased baking dish at 350 ° F for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve the fish with plenty of sauce and with any kind of rice. Garnish with fresh basil.
