Special Tips

  • Plan your menus each week so you don’t buy more than you need, make a note of your planned menus and make a shopping list.  Include: meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, fresh water, fruits and of course, TAJÍN.  The better you plan, the more you will save and with TAJÍN your menus will be full of great taste, flavor and will be good for you too.

 

  • Include beans, rice, lentils, dried peas and chick peas in your menus.  They are both economical and nutritious options.

 

  • Save by using fruits and vegetables that are in season; they are more affordable.

 

  • If your menu includes chicken, choose drumsticks and thighs; they are juicier and more economical.

 

  • Leftovers make great burritos for the next day…spice them up with TAJÍN.
