Fry the bacon and half the onion, add the meat, bread crumbs and season with salt and pepper, mix well and remove from heat, reserve the fat.
Form meatballs, pass them through the egg and lightly fry
In the reserved bacon fat fry the tomatoes, garlic, remaining onion and TAJÍN Chipotle ® for 5 minutes. Blend the above and return to the stove, (if too thick you can add a little water) add the meatballs and cook for 5 minutes in the sauce. Serve with tortillas and garnish with parsley or cilantro.
