Ice Cream a la TAJÍN

Servings: 6 - Prep time: 10 minutes - Freezing time: 8 hours



Ingredients
  • 1 ½ quarts of natural water
  • 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and seeded
  • 1 jar TAJÍN Clásico Seasoning®
  • ¾ cup  TAJÍN Chamoy Mild Sauce®
  • 4 tablespoons sugar  

 


Preparation

  1. Cut two of the mangoes into cubes and set aside, Cut the other two mangoes into pieces and put them in a blender with half the TAJÍN Clásico Seasoning®   and half of TAJÍN Chamoy Mild Sauce ® sugar and a quart of water; gradually add the remaining ½ quart of water until the desired consistency is reached. 
  2. Combine the mango smoothie with the two cubed mangoes set aside. Pour into a baking dish and freeze for at least 8 hours. Remove ice cream from freezer 15 minutes before serving.  Place in individual serving dishes garnished with the TAJÍN Chamoy Mild Sauce ® and TAJÍN Clásico Seasoning®.
