Fish a la TAJÍN Chipotle

Serves: 4 - Prep time: 20 minutes



Ingredients

Ingredients for fish: 

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 3 tablespoons TAJÍN Chipotle®
  • 1 cup cream
  • 4 white fish fillets
  • Vegetable oil as needed
  • Milk if needed
  • Salt, pepper and chicken bouillon powder to taste  

Purée ingredients:    

  • ½ stick butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 potatoes, boiled and pressed
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste   

Preparation

Procedure for Fish:   

  1. Fry garlic and shallots, add the TAJÍN Chipotle®, fry for 2 minutes and add the wine, let simmer for 5 minutes, add the cream and season with salt, pepper and broth.
  2. Place fish in greased baking dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 º F.

Procedure for the purée Melt butter, add garlic and ginger, milk and pepper incorporated, add the potatoes and integrates all well.To serve, create a bed of purée, add the fish and cover with the sauce. Garnish with a little paprika on the plate.
