Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and entries from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. This sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States.
DATES:
Participation for the weekly drawings will begin at 12:01am am Eastern Standard Time (EST) on August 2, 2011 and end at 11:59pm pm EST on October 28, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Sweepstakes Period, go to TAJÍN International Corp. (“Sponsor”) website at www.TAJIN.com (the “Website”) and register to participate by entering your name, e-mail address and zip code in the online entry form. All participants must have a valid e-mail address. You may only register once for a chance to win. Any additional entries by the same name and/or mailing address will be eliminated. No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only fully-completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
WINNER SELECTION:
One (1) winner will be selected weekly starting on or about August 29, 2011 and continuing on the Monday of each week by random drawing from among all eligible entries received until the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the date of each drawing. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Winners will be notified by email, to the e-mail address provided at time of registration and will be required to sign and return, where legal, a liability/publicity release that documents eligibility within seventy-two (72) hours from time of notification in order to receive prize. If any winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, release must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian and prize will be awarded in the name of and delivered to minor’s parent/legal guardian. If any winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if any winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, such winner forfeits the prize and a second drawing will be conducted following forfeiture to select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. The following dates are when the drawings will occur.

Only one (1) prize will be awarded per person/household. Winners who receive a prize will be removed from subsequent drawings but registration information will continue to be valid for all privileges and benefits of membership on the Website and future promotions.
PRIZES:
Ten (10) prize winners will receive a pre-paid gift card or check for a value of one hundred US dollars ($100.00) which may be used towards any purchase of their choice without limitation. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $100.00. Total ARV of all prizes combined: $1,000.00. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes and any unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of winners.
Eligibility and Limitations. You must be at least 18 years old to enter and a legal resident of the United States (including DC) to participate. Void outside of the 50 United States and DC and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, manufacturers or distributors of sweepstakes materials and advertising agencies, and members of the immediate family or members of the same household (whether related or not) of any such persons are not eligible to participate or win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.
Delivery Disclaimer: Prize(s) will be sent via certified mail to the address provided by the winner in the release. Winner will need to sign-off on delivery to confirm receipt of prize.
Publicity. By participating in this Sweepstakes, all participants and winners grant Sponsor permission to use their names, location, images, photographs and likenesses, voices, biographical information and/or any statements made by each in connection with advertising and promotional purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional notice or compensation and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use, except where prohibited by law.
Release. By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against and agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, advertising agencies and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, successors, assigns, employees, officers, directors and/or agents (collectively, the “Released Entities”), for any injury, harm, damage, cost, expense or loss, including without limitation property damage, personal injury or death, which may occur in connection with the conduct of, preparation for, travel to or participation in the Sweepstakes, or from the possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. The Released Entities are not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if prizes cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Participants who do not comply with these Official Rules or who attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.
Taxes. Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes.
Conditions. In case of dispute as to the identity of any participant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed; robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. The Released Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, website, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes, including any injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be ineligible, tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website, violating any rule, gaining unfair advantage in participating, or obtaining winner status using fraudulent means. Sponsor may prohibit a participant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsor representatives. Further, the Company reserves the right to resolve any dispute, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.
